If your physical item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Physical Products
All physical planners are non-refundable.
However, if your physical item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue, you must provide:
